We place candidates in permanent or temporary work, full-time or part-times hours, regular or ad-hoc placements. We take a personal approach with all of our candidates to make sure we understand your goals, strengths and wider commitments.
It is our belief that your job should be enjoyable and enhance your life, not something that makes life more difficult. With our combined experience and understanding, you can be assured of finding the perfect job to suit you.
If we find a job for you, we will then send you all the relevant documents including our Terms of Engagement, tax forms etc. We pay you one week in arrears directly into your bank account. If you have a P45 from a previous employer we ask that you provide us with this.
Unless the vacancy we find is temporary leading to permanent, our client will immediately become your employer and all relevant paperwork will be issued to you by the client and your wages will be paid directly by the client.
Reliability is essential for our clients and we please ask that if for any reason you cannot commence the assignment, you let us know at your earliest convenience. This also includes informing us of any appointments or holidays which may affect an assignment. We will always try and be flexible and accommodate any issues such as this, but we need as much notice as possible.
When working for us on a temporary basis you are paid an hourly rate and holidays are accrued at 12.07% of your weekly working hours. We ask that you give us a few days notice when requesting payment for holidays. You will also need to agree any holidays required with our client. We keep a record of your holidays accrued so you can contact us to request this.
