Description

  • Sales Administrator role to join a small friendly team in Stafford
  • Duties to include:
  • Answering the telephone, dealing with customers / prospects on the phone and by
    emails
  • Invoicing and shipping.
  • Sales, quotations and minor purchasing and to follow up leads.
  • Updating website and social media/basic artwork
  • General admin tasks.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent telephone manners and customer
    service skills, show initiative, be flexible and sales-oriented, good attention to
    detail.
  • Working in a small team
  • Good IT skills required - Microsoft Office and Sage, good organisational skills and technical interest.
  • Monday to Friday 09.00-09.30 to 15.00.
