40 Hours per week

Working in the Test Department (team of 3) in our manufacturing plant. All machines produced are tested prior to despatch.

Responsible for preparation, test and finishing of ware wash machines.

Preparation

Creation of Production Orders within SAP system to generate set of specification data labels for each machine produced.

PAT testing machine prior to main test.

Connection of machine to test rig.

Test

Monitoring and carrying out the necessary manual checks when prompted by the automated test sequence.

Recording of faults and component issues

Fault diagnostics and rejection process

Finishing

Drain down and pre inspection preparation

Attaching panels, adding accessory bundles

The test is a critical part of the manufacturing process, it requires attention to detail, concentration, diligence, and an understanding of the operation of the machine.

Experience in electrical or similar testing an advantage.

Essential criteria – zero tolerance attitude to quality, understanding of work-flow to ensure consistent flow of product through the department.

Training on technicalities of the product and fault-finding will be given.
