Duties

  • Entering purchase and sales invoices
  • Entering payments
  • Debt chasing
  • General administrative duties

Desired skills and experience for this job

  • Knowledge or experience of basic accounting/book-keeping
  • Knowledge of SAGE
  • Good computer literacy skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
  • The ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise
  • Organised, with attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Able to use own initiative to resolve day to day issues
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
