Description
- Sales Administrator role to join a small friendly team in Stafford
- Duties to include:
- Answering the telephone, dealing with customers / prospects on the phone and by
emails - Invoicing and shipping.
- Sales, quotations and minor purchasing and to follow up leads.
- Updating website and social media/basic artwork
- General admin tasks.
- The successful candidate will have excellent telephone manners and customer
service skills, show initiative, be flexible and sales-oriented, good attention to
detail. - Working in a small team
- Good IT skills required - Microsoft Office and Sage, good organisational skills and technical interest.
- Monday to Friday 09.00-09.30 to 15.00.
